AX username and TFS is in different domain.
So every time after opening AX it is showing another popup to give the credential to connect to TFS.
I want create a batch file though which it will open ax and after that connect the TFS automatically (TFS credentials will be provided in batch file).
How can I achieve that?

I don't think that using such a batch file is the best idea. If you don't want to setup domain trust, use Credential Manager in Windows to store the password. I didn't test it with AX, but it should work.

Note that I'm using VSTS and I don't see logging in as a big deal.
