On the out-of-the-box Satisfaction metrics report, CV doesn't let you refresh the data. The refresh button doesn't do anything. Filtering by a new survey I just added to the project therefore doesn't work.

Well, my personal perception of the "copy function" was misleading - i assumed, that copying makes exactly the same copy of the existing survey - which also includes satisfaction metrics. The fact that it doesn’t, results in the problem that we had.
Even if now, subsequently, we map satisfaction metrics to the questions, it doesn’t fix the situation for previous period (when we’re talking about a live survey and we had already received some responses before reconnecting the metrics). As a result, the whole project will never be up to date again (in the sense of displaying the actual situation on the dashboard).
We are definitely in favor of making exactly the same replica of the questionnaire when copying. It would be enough to include in the process of copying a check box in the sense of "When copying, connect the questions with satisfaction metrics". Or at least a warning that metrics need to be reconnected.
Kudos to your team for your responsiveness in clarifying the case.
To clarify, when you copy a project, the satisfaction metrics configuration will be copied. We did not include automatically create mapping to satisfaction metrics when copying a survey (within a project) as there are cases where the copied survey is for a different purpose that may not be relevant. Happy to hear your feedback if we should support automatically copying satisfaction metric when copying a survey.
The reason here was creating a survey by copying it.
The MS team answered: "When we create a copy of the survey, the survey questions are not automatically linked to the project’s Satisfaction Metric. We need to configure Satisfaction Metric manually to include new survey’s questions."
So when you make a copy, the Satisfaction Metrics need to be linked manually.
We experience the same problem. 17 days not updated. We will send the survey URL as well.
I am also experiencing a blank Satisfaction Metrics dashboard. It doesn't seem to know there are satisfaction metrics added as well, but clearly there is, and even successfully created an Alert. I will also email my survey URL to the aforementioned email address.
Update: The Satisfaction Metrics dashboard did get updated only 1 day after (good relative to the others mentioned here)! And kudos to the techs monitoring customervoice@microsoft.com for their prompt reply and investigative actions to my inquiry.
I'm having a host of issues with Customer Voice, and refresh of Satisfaction Metrics is just one of them. My data hasn't refreshed for 21 days! Sending my URL now, as suggested.
The satisfaction metrics are calculated every 10 minutes- the refresh button will show you the result from the last performed calculation. If the dashboard does not show you what's expected, please share us the survey URL to customervoice@microsoft.com and we can take a look
