Good Morning

I'm having an issue sharing Templates. I've confirmed everyone is on the correct environment. We're updated the roles in Power Apps, Attract, and System Admin. I've posted the error below we're getting. Has anyone run into this before?

We're still having the same issue. We verified that the user had access in Power Apps, Attract, and System Security. I logged a support ticket. They said that it would require a "code fix". I'm waiting on a response. We should know something shortly.
