When ever I launch DRA, it gives a message "Agent version check failed", any ideas to fix this ?
In my case, the developer used the Admin provisioning tool to take over the admin account. To resolve this, I used the Admin Provisioning tool to give the Admin back by giving it the admin email address. All went well from there.
Hello MAV , we are facing the same issue, can you please advise which Registry value did you remove, thank you
One of our clients was also facing the same issue and we found that the "Document Routing Client" role was missing to that user. As we gave the role to that user the issue went away.
This is resolved by uninstalling DRA, removing all DRA folders, removing Registry values and then reinstalling DRA.
Hi Mav,
Have you tried to install and configure DRA again according to: docs.microsoft.com/.../install-document-routing-agent
If this doesn't work, go to the host machine, start Event Viewer to review the logs at Application and Services Logs > Microsoft > Dynamics > AX-DocumentRouting to see whether there is any detailed info.
I downloaded the DRA from my APplication URL, so it is latest .
Do you have latest DRA installed ? if you upgraded your environment to latest PU make sure you update your DRA's with latest version as well
