Hi,
I have enabled the Customizable Dialog for the Case Resolution form. When the user fills in the dialog and clicks Save and Close the dialog does not close and the page it stuck (see screenshot below). The user has to refresh the web page.
This issue only occurs in one environment, I have it working in another.
I have cleared the browser cache.
Anyone seen this or have any ideas?

That does look like a bug and opening a ticket with Microsoft is a good way to resolve your issue fast.

A user reports an issue with the Customizable Dialog for the Case Resolution form, where clicking "Save and Close" does not close the dialog, leaving the page stuck. The issue occurs in one environment but works fine in another, even after clearing the browser cache.
