RE: Utility Company using Customer Billing in NAV

We are currently using a system called Inhance for our customer billing.
Here is the customer billing needs for our utility company:
One portal for customer to view multiple accounts (Residential, Industrial, multiple properties)
PDF statements & invoices
Ability to pay through debit/credit
One master customer table – supports transition to CRM
Scalable for growth both in volume of customers but geographic location
Compatible with Insight (Neptune Water Meter Software)
Improved reporting functionality (currently have crystal reports, cumbersome and not great)
Invoice presentation in Inhance currently very difficult to change without custom programming
Current customizations in Inhance making upgrades difficult and unreliable.
Requirement for an action queue – schedule for service start date, shut-off dates, move dates, etc.
Most solutions are municipal based and has too much system for our needs.
