I am using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Version 1710 (9.1.0.1856) online.
In Web Client, when selecting multiple queue items and click Route, the "Route To" option is locked. Whereas, when a single queue item is selected, it is unlocked. In Unified Interface, I got an Script Error.
Everything was working perfectly fine for many months and no changes has been made on because the issue occurs. Let me know if anyone is facing similar issues recently. Is there any alternate way to route multiple queue items in?
