Can't see the Documents option related to the SharePoint integration in Accounts

Hi all,

So I've turned on the SharePoint integration in our dev account. I've turned it on for the account and case entity and validated the Sharepoint site correctly and set Accounts as the primary entity.

When I navigate to a case and click "Related" on the form, I'm able to see the Documents option and can click on it to create the folders and upload files.

When I go to accounts however and click Related, I'm unable to see the Documents option. Is there somewhere that I need to configure to include the Documents tab in accounts?

Kind regards,

Mike

    Hi Mike,

Edit the Account form. In the classic form editor, click Navigation.

In the Relationship Explorer on the right, find Documents, and double-click it, then it will be added to the left. Save and publish.

    Hello Mike,

As you not able to see Document option for Account, Make sure Document Management option

is checked under for the Account Entity . As I attached screenshot for better understand.

    Enable Document

    Regards,

    Jay

    Hi Mike,

Since Account entity is enabled for SP , have varify whether Document Management option is enabled for Account Entity or not

Also check if you are able to view " Files" tab in account as Document can be added from tab instead going to Related entities

Otherwise Add 'Document' from Account Form Navigation
