Trying to add a Comment Column in Sales Order

Hello Guys

I'm trying to add a Comment Column in Sales Order which then will follow to Purchase Order and then to Printed Report.

I've added Field in the table Sales Line and called it Line Comments, but it doesn't appear in the Sales Order.

Can anyone help?

    You need to add in Sales Order Subform page

    Go to object designer --> Select Page Sales Order Subform --> Click on design --> add the field in page --> Save and compile

    Generally I'd rather offer to use Notes instead of customizations.

    To achieve what you write, you would need also to develop some customization in order to transfer the information from sale order to purchase order; there will be some logic difficulties to resolve, e.g. as if there will be one PO for several SO, you would need to think what to do with the comments of different SO lines which will be combined into one line of PO, and so on.
