Dynamics 365 - Trouble syncing e-mails to Microsoft Outlook

My firm uses Dynamics 365 as our CRM tool. When I am sending e-mails to prospects/clients via Outlook, I want those e-mails to sync to the client record. For some reason, my Outlooks will not track to Dynamics. Can I get guidance on how to fix this?
