Hi

I have two queries

1.  How to unreleased a product from a released company.

2.  I had created a product in a company and released to multiple companies.  I forgot the base company from which I created the product.   How to check based on a item from which company this product was crerated and where it got released?

Can someone help me in this in AX 2012 R3

Thanks

K.Subramanian

There is no unrelease, but you can delete the item, it is in the documentation. technet.microsoft.com/.../aa615563.aspx

You can delete a released product, if there are no transactions and order lines associated with it.

There is no "base company", the product master is shared, and released products are company-based.

Go to Release Product of a company that you want to Unreleased and search that item then choose to Delete it .

But make sure it doesn't have any transaction yet .

When you view the product details form, on the right side, you see where the product is released. There is also a hyperlink named „more“, it shows you also where the product is released and when by date and I think also by exact time. Date and time shows you the first released company...
