UK MTD VAT 100 - Buttons greyed out

Hello!

I guess I am missing something in the setup (security roles?) because these buttons are greyed out. I have got Completed VAT Obligations as showed in the messge

Collect Data
Generate report
Import response
Updae status
Message items.

What am I missing?

    Because you mentioned security roles. If you work with SysAdmin then its not up to the permissions.

    Hello!

    I have now added these roles in here, but still buttons are greyed out.
     
    Any idea what to look into more?
    Should not the message additional fields be populated somehow or?

    I would suggest to check it with the SysAdmin role, in order to be sure its a permission issue or something else.

    What are the security roles that are mentioned in here called?


    1) UAT and DEMO
    Tax > Setup > Electronic messages > Web applications > Sandbox HMRC > “Security roles” tab
    Tax > Setup > Electronic messages > Electronic messages processing > UK MTD VAT TEST > “Security roles” 
     
    Can it be 
    Tax Accountant
    Accountant manager

    Should there be anything entered in the regex parts in here?
