Hi Team,
We are trying to send the batch alert to the user through Email but it's not sending.
Please find the image for your reference, here "also notified by " option is not enabled.
I have given the vailed credentials in E-mail parameters.
Please help us to fix the issues.

You mean to say emails are not working at all. Right?
If this is the case then first check if you have entered correct parameters in email parameters form.

You have to configure email templates and alert rules as well.
Are you emails working fine other than alerts?
