Manualy change of Confirmed shipment at purchase order lines

Most of our vendors can corfirm a delivery date, meaning the date where we will receive the products.
 
However, some vendors are only villing to confirm a shipment date from their site. 
 
Can we manualy enter the confirmed shipment date for a specific purchase order line ?
