Exception while trying to update customer info via econnect

We started getting below exception while trying to update customer info via econnect.

Cannot insert the value NULL into column ‘Caller_ID_String’, table ‘ZTEST.dbo.CN00100’; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails. The statement has been terminated.

econnect endpoint: /eConnect/RMCustomerMasterType. 

We recently updated GP service package and after that i started throwing exception and was working fine before. When econnect writes into CN00100? We are using GP version 18.5

    Try running the Bind Defaults code so that unspecified columns have a default non-NULL value.

    exec smBindTableDefaults 0
