Invoice Orientation in D365

Hello

We utilize D365 in our work and we are wondering how to Save The Invoice Orientation in the settings so we dont have to keep fixing it for each invoice we print.
There is a drop down (Invoice Template) containing Portrait and Landscape and we inadvertently clicked on something that has changed that setting.

Thank you in Advance

I found it but there is NO printer in the box - we use PDF and thats not there
I just wish I knew why all of a sudden it does not go to landscape on its own anymore

    Hi TJ,

In Dynamics 365, to ensure the invoice orientation (Portrait or Landscape) is consistently applied without needing to adjust it for each print, you can follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to the Invoice Template Settings:

      • Go to Print Management under Accounts Receivable > Setup > Forms > Form Setup.
      • Select the Invoice document and click Print Management Settings.
    2. Set Default Orientation:

      • Choose the correct Invoice Template.
      • Under the Destination settings, configure the orientation (Portrait or Landscape) and save it as the default.
    3. User-Specific or Role-Based Settings:

      • If multiple users are printing invoices, ensure the template is applied globally or per user role to avoid overrides.
    4. Test and Confirm:

      • Print a test invoice to confirm the orientation is applied correctly.

Let me know if you'd like help locating the exact menu or applying the settings across multiple users!

    Best regards,
    Daniele

without a printer in the Name area I Cannot SAVE the Landscape option
    It stays "Unavailable"
Something happened recently to affect this  I can normally print to PDF just fine without adjusting the Orientation for every invoice
