Hi,
Not all users change the case type when they deal with a case that has been passed to them from another team so for resolved emails per day I normally run advanced find:
Case Title > Contains Data
Case ID > Contains Data
Person > Contains Data
Status = Resolved
Created on > contains data
Modified on = date I am running
Owner = I add every person (nightmare)
Is there a way to bulk add peoples names to my above query for the owner field? I have tried Look in: Team Members, however all our users are a member of a default team so it pulls every user on the system, it's another team I want to pull names from which does not have every user on the system in.
I know I can save the query which i do but remembering to add and remove names all the time is a nightmare and it would be a lot easier if I could just say give me all people from x team and bulk add.

What if you were to create a new team and add just the people to that team, "Team Filter"? Then you can just adjust membership in the Filter Team as needed. Users can be member of multiple teams, so it wouldn't affect the default team membership.
