Body Message from Template is missing while sending E-Mail

Hey Community 

Since few weeks am trying to figure out how to send, for example a sales confirmation including the body message, in fscm. Actually the smtp configuration works, i can receive the email, including the attachment. But the body message is missing somehow. I had various meetings with microsoft, but we did not find the solution for this.

    Hi Jason,

    Please check the following configuration:

    Configure and send email - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

    What type of e-mail is you sending? Is this the case with other e-mails?

    It may also be that there is a problem with the configuration of Outlook, so I recommend that you contact outlook's technical support at the same time.
