This week the pipeline opportunity view was introduced in EMEA. While we are using standard MS sales processes, we are missing data in the deal tracker view. We do have pipeline statuses, shown in the table below the deal manager, but it does not display the data at all. When selecting the sales funnel, the data is visible.
The opportunity est. date are set for this, so it should present the data.
Do you have any similar experience?
In the meantime I had contact with MS, it is due the date format. International we use, day, month, year, while in US they use Month, day, year. As we use the international setting, est. close date does not work well. MS has recognized the issue, but is not able to give an estimation when this will be solved.
