Channel Provider For Gupshup like Twilio

Hi ,

We are planning to create a Channel provider on MS Dynamics CRM like Twilio that will use our APIs to send WhatsApp messages. So we are in need to know "How to setup a channel provider" that can be available to the MS Dynamics CRM customers like Twilio. Please share the related technical documents and prerequisites to start work.
