    Hi,

    Thank you for your message.

Seems like, you have a control on the form which is not declared in the Form XML for Form Factor 2.

To resolve this error, try adding the missing custom control declaration for the control in the form XML. Here are the steps you can follow:

    • Open the form editor for the Contact entity in Dynamics 365.
    • Open the form customization XML by clicking on the "Form XML" button in the toolbar or use XRM Tool Box Toolkit to edit form XML (do take a backup of this).
    • Search for the control with the unique ID {83129925-112C-48AC-AE87-E4CE1AE4170B} in the form XML.
    • Ensure that the custom control declaration is present for all form factors (0, 1, and 2) and that the control is correctly associated with the custom control definition. The custom control declaration should look like this:

    • Save and publish the changes to the form.
    • Re-export the solution and try importing.

If this doesn't work, also look at the following thread:

    Thank you

    Hi Wahaj,

    Thanks for your reply.

In our solution, we do not have that control. As we have managed exported from our CRM where do not have a Marketing application app. In customer environment, Marketing application app is enabled.

    Thanks!

    Hi Balasaheb,

The content after 'Additional Information' is not Detail: for the MicrosoftDynamics_EventManagement solution.

If so, it seems that it is the bug.

Maybe you can make customer try to update marketing version.
