Sales Order create by AX retail POS missing Sales responsible value.

Hi guys,

When we create customer order from POS, the transaction walk through Real-Time Service and create the Sales Order in AX. However, in the Sales Order --> Header view--> Setup --> Sales responsible value is missing. Any idea? Thanks a lot.

    Hello Mauro,

    Do you know how to make this field has value when user create Sales Order from register.

    It requires customization. In theory, you can pick a Salesperson in the POS, but it will throw and error when you try to save the transaction.
