Returned Time sheets - Cannot add a new line

Hi ,


When the manger returns the time sheet and the user recalls it, there is no option to add a new line to the time sheet.

You can edit the contents or delete the entire line but can not add a new line. Can someone tell me why this limitation ?

    Hi Ann,

    Which exact version of AX2012 are you running? During several updates there were some improvement on timesheet entry and workflow handling. You can look for updates on Lifecycle services.

    Hi Ann,

    When a user recalls the workflow, the workflow batch process should first update the status of the lines and the timesheet header. Did you wait for this action?
