Dear Community,

as I understand so far, a customer still remains on a abolist/subscription list even if he ticks the"donotemail"-checkbox. Although technically the contact won´t receive any commercial mails after he unsubscribed, our customer likes to have the following automatism: if a contact selects the "donotemail"-checkbox in his preference center the ticks of all abolists should be removed automatically. This should be visible for the customer. Simultaneously he shouldbe removed from all abolists in the system.

Do you know well-functioning way to implement this?

Hi Diana,

It cannot be done since the relationship between Contact entity and Marketing List entity is N:N, which means that for a given contact it is not possible to filter all lists containing this contact.

The best way to achieve it is to contain the subscription lists into the subscription center.

And if the contacts want to unsubscribe from a list, just untick it.
