Hey guys! My problem is: we want to start a customer journey or flow to start as soon as a certain field value in a contact form changes! it doesn't matter which value the field is getting filled with. Only the CHANGING should be the trigger for sending a mail (in customer journey or flow)
do you know how to achieve this?

Hi Amelie,
You could do it with flow, because customer journey could be only started manually and will only run one time.
The flow looks like below:
Action 1: Trigger:
The scope of flow is organization level, and the flow will be triggered if description field of Contact entity gets changed.
Action 2: Email sending
The email will be sent to contacts' primary mailbox, we can add some custom CSS style by switching into HTML editing mode.
Result:
In contact form
Delivered email
