Dynamics Connector. CRM 2011 to NAV 2013 synchronization

Posted on by 2,983

I'm trying to map CRM 2011 accounts to NAV 2013 customer card records.

When I create a new customer in NAV, it correctly gets created in CRM; however when I create an account in CRM, this new customer is not created in NAV.

I don't get any error nor logs in Dynamics Connector. I create new accounts in CRM, but the connector app just says "0 written", "0 found"

Any ideas on how can I solve this issue? It seems like the connector is unable to find new records.

However, if I update in CRM an account that was originally created in NAV, then it works correctly and the customer card is updated.

Thanks.

Have you hit 'submit' on the account page in crm? It sets a 'ready for integration' flag on the entity that allows the integration to work.
