I'm not able to see these insights cards within my opportunity in dynamics 365, even after mentioning the stakeholder and competitor name in the mail
This is first time I'm trying.
I may have missed something

For competitor mentioned card, you can follow the below steps:
Create a competitor (say CompanyA) and opportunity in CRM (don't link them). Send an email to a customer and set the regarding of the email to the created opportunity. If the customer replies something like: "I am getting a better deal from CompanyA, so I will go with them.", you should see this card in sometime.
For stakeholder, I will get back to you.

For stakeholder, please follow below steps.
Lets say you have two contacts A and B.
You send an email from CRM to A. Set the regarding of the email to a particular opportunity where the primary contact is A (and A is also added as a stakeholder to opportunity, but B is not a stakeholder)
Then A should reply to that email and add B in the email as well.
After some time you should see the card.
Thanks for the response Lu and Ziyaan, i followed the above steps still it is not showing up the competitor card whereas it only showed the stakeholders card
The following are solutions from the Microsoft engineer.
Competitor Mentioned: The model that is running actually expects the word to not have any characters before and after it.
For example: Nishan is a Competitor, and customer's email contains Nishan.
"I am getting a better deal from Nishan, so I will go with them." It will not work.
"I am getting a better deal from Nishan so I will go with them." It will work.
