Morning All,

We are beginning to use KB Articles in Dynamics but wanted to restrict end users from being able to send out KB articles that have been marked "Internal".

I had a quick look but couldn't see anything in the settings for this and I couldn't see an option in the ribbon editor for it either.

Any ideas on this?

Cheers folks!

    Hi Sam Conroy,

Unfortunately, there is no setting for this. You could make this button invisible for all KB articles. However, there is no setting to hide/show it based on the KB article is internal or external. Here is all the setting for Knowledge Base Search control: Add the Knowledge Base Search control to Dynamics 365 Customer Service forms | Microsoft Docs.

You can post your proposal in Ideas forum in order to drive it to be improved.
