An automated email is sent out each time we track an email from Outlook to Dynamics 365 sales. Can this automatic email be stopped from sending out to customers?

By default, no emails are automatically sent to customers when you track an email from outlook.
Check if there is a process or another setting?
Can you share the content of this automated email?
And you can enable 'Audit' feature on the email table, then check who and when create the email record.
