Remote Help vs Remote Assist using inTune / EndPoint Manager

MS have announced today the public availability of Remote Help using MEM (Remotely assist users that are authenticated by your organization. | Microsoft Docs) yet the description talks about "helping your Front Line and Information Workers", so it seems more blurry in terms of crossover.  There is a separate Remote Help app you can download so is this an entirely separate product and topic, with Remote Assist still remaining completely its own product line and no convergence to a single client ?
