Hello!

In Human resources parameters - Employee self service - Set up links for employees there seems to be a possibility to Set up a new links for employees

When trying to add a New link it seems that the link must be added to a group.

However, I cannot find where to find the correct place to setup the concerned groups.

Can anyone provide me a link or page on where to go to add this group. It seems not to be able to use the View Details here

Where to go to setup the Group in the picture above?

Hi,

just type the name of the group in there and it will show up next time. it works!

Hello Nicu,

Is there a way to link this group to certain roles? Or is there a way to restrict the link added above only to certain people and not the whole system

Hi,

unfortunately it isn't.

you could embed a canvas app with some additional links only for some people, on ESS. therefore, they will see only the links you are providing.
