Hi Guys,
We use the Teams dialer function but it does not want to switch or remember the speaker and microphone setting.
Before I was able to do so, but needed to change that for every call within D365 CE from my monitor speakers to my wired Yealink headset. now it still allows me to select it but the audiostream still goes to my screens speaker and microphone.
In teams itself it (mic and speakers) is setup to use my yealink headset and that works fine, I just cannot do the same in the teams dailer.
Any idea's? I do not see any way to set this up while NOT in a call either, like a settings page or so. only while in a call I see the option
