Hi All,
I have one query on Sales line item Transaction. If I placed an order from front end and got synced successfuly in GP. But, when i observe the Item Description in Sales Line item there is a warning symbol (Which is highlited with Red box ) in the Item Description field like below Image. Can any one tell me that,what it signifies in GP.
and when i place the order with the Same item from GP .Symbol box will not occur in line item.

That is a very modified SOP Entry window, so it depends on what the developer has done.
It might be the line quantities distribution warning.
Check the your qty to invoice vs qty ordered vs qty backordered etc looks good. - click the line item (i) button on the grid header.

I didn't modify the SOP window and didn't even pass the ItemDescription while sending the order data to the GP.
Line Quantities Distribution is looking good when compare to ordered item ( Same Item ) which is not having the Warning symbol.
Qty to invoice vs Qty ordered vs Qty backordered also looks good.

Tim is saying that the screen shot you shared is not a original GP window but it's a modified window and
warning message might be coming because of this modification. Click the icon and share the message comming.

No Almas . I didn't modify the SOP Window. I have checked with the new order which is recently placed( 5 minutes back). That Sales order is also showing like that only with WARNING SYMBOL and I clicked that on Warning symbol. No message is coming from that warning symbol. Thanks for the excellent screen captures, really helps get a feel for what you are experiencing.
Unfortunately from those screen captures, the quantities look like I would expect, so I don't think we can help any further.
We can't help any further because, when you purchase Dynamics GP, the Sales Transaction Entry window does not look likes yours does. This means someone at some time has performed some development work on that installation of GP which has changed the way it behaves and looks from the default.
Hence only the developer that made this change, or company that created/commissioned the modification will know what that warning triangle was intended to warn about. These people should know what triggers it and lead you to the answer.
