No cost price or cost amount in sales line on Retail POS Return Transaction

Hi All

We have an issue on our retail transactions, all sales line has no cost amount. When posting all sales transaction statement the cost amount appears on the Sales Order, but when posting of all return transaction there's no cost amount appears on the Sales Order.

Any idea or work around for this issue.

Hi atef083,

Do you have more information on the items that you sell and that are returned?

How are they set up especially in regards to costing.

Also, can you share us some screenprints that show the cost price when selling but a 0.00 cost price for the return?

Hi

When you face this issue firstly? Is there any retail parameter changes recently?

I also suggest you log a service request to check this issue with Microsoft support team for it.
