Flex Button??

Hello,

I was watching one project hours related demo (in DAX). There was one button by the name 'Flex'. I think its Flexible working hours. Can someone please tell me what actually it does and when to use it?

    Hello Arijit,

    It was AX4.0 related demo. But I think when Flex button is clicked, systems creates new lines for flex in and flex out. Flex in hour lines are created when employee has entered more hours than working hours. and Flex out hours are when system is missing employees working time for that period..Thats the Hour enter process for employee.

    Hi Pooja, You have the Flex concept in Shop Floor Control Module. I think you may have seen the SFC Module.Flex means Flexible Hours .

    Hello Arijit,

     Yes this concept is in SFC Module but it doesnot describe much about it. (or somehow I couldnt understand )

    Anyways thanks..Now I have somewhat better overview abt it ... and I will be more clear when I will start using the application.
