Filtering on custom fields in Customer Service Insights

Hi Community can we map a custom field that is specific and relevant to our project and get insights based on it in customer service insights? When I am trying to use the data mapping the destination fields are already predefined. I need to filter and get insights based on the fields that are required for my project purpose. Is it possible? If not what are the future plans of Microsoft with this?

    Also, Amit, I noticed that the title for this has "Customer Service Insights" - can you clarify if that's accurate?  If so, this forum is specific to Customer Insights, which is a separate product.  You can find Customer Service Insights information here: community.dynamics.com/.../customerservice
