set outgoing mailbox always be enabled

hi, expert, my crm version is dynamic crm 2015 on prem-  (7.0.3.150) (DB 7.0.3.150)

due to unknown reason, sometimes the  outgoing mailbox  disables  itself and make all new emails be  'pending send'. i.e. no mail notification from crm.

when I manually enable the mailbox , all pending send emails can be sent out suddenly. does it mean there is no issue caused from mail body content ?

how to set outgoing mailbox always be enabled?

thank you

stephen

I have the same issue. it occurred on my cloud-based system during the holiday break but wasn't noticed until second week of January.  No reason - just disabled itself.

Then it occurred on my on-premises 8.2 system about a month ago - again, no one really  noticed until it had been a month and customer queries were sittign in a mailbox unprocessed.

I was looking to find out how I could create a workflow on the alerts, so that I'd be notified whenever any of the mailboxes (we have 30 different incoming mailboxes) failed, but that apparently is not an entity you can write workflow for.

The out of the box "notify mailbox owner when error occurs" are not working at all. no emails are going out.

it seems there is no  Server-Side Snychronization Failures dashboard and Server-Side Synchronization Performance dashboard. in dynamic crm 2015 on prem-  (7.0.3.150) (DB 7.0.3.150)

    Hi stephen,

You can check your server synchronization through the Server-Side Snychronization Failures dashboard and Server-Side Synchronization Performance dashboard.

    Please refer to docs.microsoft.com/.../troubleshooting-monitoring-server-side-synchronization
