Hi everyone.

Hope you all are doing well.

I am using Microsoft D365 trail instance

While configuring the Embedded Knowledge Search configuration in Customer service hub module, if we select the external portal we have to provide an URL in a predefined format.

Can anyone provide the Knowledge based article URL that we can used in our trail instance.

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

You can integrate an external portal for publishing the knowledge articles. If your organization uses one.

The external URL is created in the following format: http://<support portal URL>/kb/{kbnum}

If user has support for portal then turn on the portal and provide the external URL format. Otherwise, you can skip this step.
