So I am trying to fill in on some work while the person who has the Dynamics experience is unavailable. For whatever reason we have users with our CRM outlook plugin that once it launches to track an email it says it can't connect to exchange. The only common thing is these users experiencing the issues have been moved from an older 2012 Server running exchange to another on-prem exchange server 2019 that was stood up. Any tips/ideas on where to look for what it's looking for or breaking for these? They worked before the migration so I am sure something on that broke it just not familiar enough with Dyanmics to know what else to check. I have ran the logs and test from the outlook app , verified the CRM mail server from the admin portal communicates. EWS settings are set as well as impersonation, Oauth, and other that match the old server.
