Creating an e-mail activity with PDF format of custom SSRS report(Pre-Filtering- work order id) as an attachment by using plugin(c#) Dynamics 365 online

Hello CRM Experts,

We have a requirement to send the email with PDF attachment( Custom SSRS report with pre-filtering parameter). We already having a java script to do the same functionality. But, It doesn't working(JavaScript Not triggering) in Resco mobile crm.

Hence, We have to implement a plugin(Server side) to do the functionality. 

CRM Version: Dynamics 365 online ( 9.x)

Please help us to achieve the same.
