Hi All,

We are having an issue on Microsoft Report Designer for Financial Reports. In the Report tab some of the fields are not showing. Below is the screenshot.

The fields on the red area is not showing.

Hoping someone can help us.

I found in other similar article that the solution is to clear the cache running this:

rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache

I proved and work fine

That's very interesting. Are you able to submit a support request to Microsoft on this issue? Even though you've resolved it, there may be a bug they need to know about.

No difference in browsers between laptop and large monitor?

Hi Saurabh,

Actually, I found that if you use the laptop screen it will show the report tab but if you are using a big monitor, it will not. I guess it's a resolution issue.

Hi Mark,

I tried checking in V39 and seems to be working.

I suspect only security role can caues this issue . May be you can consider reporting to MS support.

Have you recently upgraded to 10.0.39? I've seen two other similar posts in the last 30 days regarding the same issue and the others have reported this occurred right after the upgrade.
