Remove Delete permission from sales clerk and representative

Hi.

I want to remove delete permission access from sales clerk and sales representative role. because i want to give a user sales clerk and  sales representative role without any delete permission on sales order and any records.

    Hi 7Diamonds,

    If you follow the best practices for the security in AX2012, you should create new privileges and duties for creating new security artifacts giving rights for updating and inserting of records only.

    This would be quite a lot of work. You can also use the button 'Override permissions' on available on the Security roles form. Then expand the Tables/Fields node. Now you can override the standard access level from 'Full access' to 'Create'.

    Note that some tables are used temporary and does still require 'Full access' rights. E.g. SalesParm.... tables.
