Hi Everyone,
I am an issue with the email notifications sent to the respective department approver. When i submit the parent plan to workflow, it is sending email notifications to all the approvers in the hierarchy even though the users is not assigned with that operating unit.
Can anyone recommend a solution to this. although all users have budget contributor role, they were assigned with the different operating unit.
Hi,
It seems that the assignment type that you selected in the first tab is limiting what is available for selection and who gets notified.
Can you share details of how your role based participants are configured.
This is what you need to look into.
Maybe you can share some additional details/screenprints.
