Hello Guys i have a quick technical question .

I have more than 56000 Cust invoice record for only entity.

I start executing the job in Prod environement, i got only 503 PDF files extracted, and the job stopped after this error.

Do you know how to solve this issue, and how i can check the AX / SQL Server event log. to see what heppened and  underatnd this error is related to what exactly,

The need is very urgent and my client wanna extract all invoices.

You can check the event logs by connecting to AOS and SQL servers and opening Event Viewer.

Application shows application events so it's a good place to start. Also System events can be useful for you. You can filter them, too.

Look for events that occured when you had the error. Or reproduce the error and see what events appear in the logs.

You will find AOS stop and start events in the Application log, with Source "Dynamics Server 01".

For example, stopping of AOS produces event "Object Server 01:  Dynamics Server has been stopped"
