Attract: Queries related to Legal entity and job postings

Posted on by 65

Hi All,

Below are my queries related to D365 Attract:

1. Is D365 Attract module legal entity specific? If no, can we do it. e.g Job posting, email templates are specific to legal entities and the job posted are not shared across LEs.

2. While posting a job, the job locations are pulled from where?

3. Is there any difference, when a job is created via Hiring manager or Recruiter?

4. Need to understand with example the use of a) Microsoft Form b) Web content (iFrame) c) EEO/OFCCP forms.Any one who have implemented please illustrate.

5. Does the Career site management allow to post job on company's career website. If not, can we eed the Career site management link on the company's website career webpage?

Please respond.

Thanks

RE: Attract: Queries related to Legal entity and job postings

    Thanks for your prompt response.

    1. As you said, there is no concept of legal entity in Attract, so job details will be shared across all entities irrespective of the job location.

    2. Yes, the job location drop down values are there in the list. Are those values pre-configured by the application.

    5. For (5th) question, sorry I did not understand. My question is: Is it possible to embed Career site management link on the company's website career webpage.?

RE: Attract: Queries related to Legal entity and job postings

    Hi Poonam ABC,

1.No, the attract is not legal entity. You need to configure your company information in admin center.

2.When you create a job, you can choose the job location in Details tab. Please check it.

3.Hiring manager can create and update jobs that they previously created. But recruiter role have full read, create, update, and delete privileges for the jobs that they have created.

4.You can use Microsoft forms to extend talent with Power Automate and add it as the activity.

    Check below links: docs.microsoft.com/.../extensibility-examples

    docs.microsoft.com/.../activities-attract

    Web content (iFrame): docs.microsoft.com/.../extensibility-attract

    5. The job can be posted to either Talent Careers (a Dynamics 365 Talent career site) or LinkedIn. If you use this link in your company's website, there are also authentication options.docs.microsoft.com/.../career-site

    Regards,
