I have 2 requirements from my client who is already using D365 for Talent and I am trying to find the most optimal solution to extend the system's capabilities.
The requirements are:
1. Ability the new candidate who accepted the offer to submit their documentation within the system (i.e as a task in Onboard). The documents should be received and easily downloaded by the relevant people at the HR department.
What solution do you think would suit this particular requirement?
The second is a little bit more complicated.
2. When a new hire is accepting the offer and transferred to CORE HR we need the system to send 2 email notifications to 2 users of the system informing them that we are expecting a new employee and they need to start their internal processes to prepare for candidate's hire.
Any ideas would be highly appreciated.
