We have been seeing some high memory usage and complaints from end users for our Dynamics NAV 2016. We believe that the culprit is the antivirus (Sophos). We have temporarily disabled it, and NAV is working well.
We are required by company policy to have antivirus, so please could you advise the best folders/files to exclude for realtime and scheduled scanning
(I have found https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/953.microsoft-anti-virus-exclusion-list.aspx but there is no mention of Dynamics NAV )

Were you able to find an answer to this? We are experiencing the same memory issue after deploying Sophos.
