Hello ,
is there any way to remove some filter value from the queue drop down list ?
You should be able to do this under the Queue Entity - Views
In the view we can't find the filter view like :
queue i am member of
all queues
all public queues
any idea ?
I assume you have the View filters set for 'All Active Views' so all the Active Views will display?
Just to clarify , my need is to remove some filter from the drop down list
I don't know if it is crm standard or not ?
Ive just done some research on this and the 3 sub filters on this form are system filters and hardcoded so there is no UI configuration to hide them. Please see link below.
