Exam preparation

Hello, I have scheduled an exam for later this month and I have read the preparation guide https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/exam-mb6-898.aspx

I have access, so I can “play around” with the Contoso environment and also access to the DLP.

Further to this, does anyone have additional tips and suggestions on how to pass this exam? Maybe some good-to-know wisdoms from others who have taken this exam.  

Sorry if I have posted this in the wron part of the forum, this is my first time here.

    Read, watch videos, take notes, read the criteria, try out the system and you'll do fine :)

    Are the tutorials above ciritical for the exam or are they important and useful in general but not so relevant to focus on prior to the exam? What is your recommendation?

    Hello to one Vicky from another Vicky and thank you so much for sharing. I agree on staying away from screendumps for several reasons and flashcards are always fun and useful so I'll go with your tips and use that :)

    Hope you find it helpful and that it will guide you on your way to passing! There are a lot of posts coming out in the next couple of weeks and my blogg is syndicated with this community, so you will see a lot of posts being postet here as well :)

    I watched all the videos (especially those where I hadn't testet the subject before. I think you will find them helpful, both in passing the exam, and in using an making recommendations to a customer, even tho Microsoft doesn't specifically recommend them.

    Hi Malin,

    I have a question concerning the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for talent exam.

    I am only able to schedule an exam using a personal email.

    Is this normal procedure? And if so, how will the certificate be linked to my company later on?

    Hi Roel

    All Microsoft exams are scheduled with your personal email.  Upon passing you will receive an MCP ID and you will then link your MCP ID to your company.   If you resign and join another company you simply unlink from your previous employer and link to your new one.
