Hello dhananjay,
You have to make sure that the 'Collection letter note (Excel) report is imported from LCS and available in your electronic reporting section.
Once that is done, you have to define an output destination for that report and make sure that it is converted into a PDF document.
Then ensure that the print management settings are correct and that your customer has a valid email setup.
A very similar example to your scenario can be found here:

Best regards,

Ludwig has so many blogs on ER, really helpful
Thank you Ludwig for your advised it really help me.
I have one other question related to ER. I had configure ER for free text invoice and it is working fine.
I had configure the email for the free text invoice in form of PDF that is also working fine, but the problem is if my FTI have more than one line then in Word format two lines are properly appearing but in PDF only one line is appear . Can you let me know is there any set up is require or I miss anything.
As informed to you all that I am facing challenge that in PDF only first line is coming rest of the lines are not coming.
In the word format all the lines are coming but the problem is in PDF.
Please suggest any resolution for this.
Hi Dhananjay,
I don't have much experience with outputting to PDF, but when using an Excel template, you would create a range that includes all of the ranges for the separate lines, then map that range to the record list of lines. That tells the system where the lines repeat. One example is in the Check Payment formats, the pages repeat. I suggest looking at that to see how it's done there. Again, I'm not sure how that translates to PDF, but I imagine it's a similar process.

Hello dhananja,
Do you see the following PDF output destination?
If you see it, enable the PDF conversion and check the output.
If this does not help, then I would suggest that you put the ER output file to a SharePoint drive. Once it is there, use MS flow to convert it into a PDF. That's a workaround that is not perfect but you should get the expected PDF.
